## Description

We are seeking a Client Strategy Manager to join our team in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will report to the Regional Client Strategy Director (APAC) and play a key role in building a deep understanding of the art and auction ecosystem in Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct research to develop a deep knowledge of art collectors, their collections, and activities in Hong Kong

- Identify high-potential consignors and bidders across Christie's sale categories and develop client engagement plans

- Analyze data from Christie's databases, files, and catalogues to inform client engagement efforts

- Collaborate with specialists and client advisors on client development ideas and follow up on opportunities

- Support client outreach for Christie's global sales and organize client reviews

- Prepare client transactions analyses and reports for the Head of Marketing, Communications and Client Strategy, Asia Pacific

- Ensure accurate and up-to-date client and object information in Christie's databases

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree from a recognized university

- At least six years of experience in the art, auction, private banking, luxury, or management consulting industries

- Good knowledge of the global art and auction industries, collecting trends, and the art ecosystem in Hong Kong

- Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

- Strong written, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

- Strong professional communication and interpersonal skills

- Attention to detail, prioritization, and time management skills

- Highly organized and able to multitask
