## Description

IQVIA is seeking a Pharmacy Support Call Center Representative to provide payment assistance solutions such as co-pay cards or vouchers. The successful candidate will be a contract role with IQVIA managed by an external agency, with the opportunity to be converted to an IQVIA full-time employee.

The role involves fielding requests from patients, pharmacies, and medical professionals regarding card activation, program eligibility, explanation of program benefits, and troubleshooting of submission rejections.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing initial support for customer requests via telephone, email, fax, or other available means of contact

- Quickly assessing the user's issue and providing first-level support for problem resolution

- Documenting information specific to the resolution and escalating unresolved issues expeditiously to the appropriate area

- Recognizing operational challenges and suggesting recommendations to management, as necessary

- Working in flexible, shifting schedules (24/7 support) and onsite in Taguig

The ideal candidate will have:

- A high school diploma or equivalent

- 2-3 years of call center experience (voice/blended support), preferably in healthcare accounts

- Experience in medical claim processing is a plus
