## Description

As a Human Resources Expert at Target, you will be part of a collaborative and guest-obsessed team that creates an experience that makes guests say, “I love Target!” You will work alongside a dedicated team that cares, grows, and wins together.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Creating a welcoming experience for guests

- Observing and understanding guests' needs

- Engaging with guests in a genuine way

- Being knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available in the store

- Working with your HR leader to anticipate and address specific talent and staffing needs

- Executing intentional recruiting efforts to help store leaders find and hire talent

- Supporting the training needs of the store's sales force

- Being an expert resource for scheduling systems and pay practices

- Acting as an open door for team members

- Delivering on all Human Resources operational and cyclical programs

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- A welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members

- The ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs

- Effective communication skills

- The ability to work both independently and with a team

- The ability to resolve guest questions quickly on the spot

- Attention to detail and the ability to follow multi-step processes
