## Description

Ninja Van is seeking an Assistant, Retail (Sales) to join their team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As a tech-enabled logistics company, Ninja Van provides best-of-class delivery services across Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities:

- Ensure customer satisfaction and assist customers with their requirements

- Follow best practices as determined by the Ninja Management

- Collaborate with peers and communicate feedback and improvements to the Area Supervisor

- Work effectively with other teams to produce the best possible outcome for the company and its clients

- Use Ninja software to execute operations

- Assist in gathering sales leads and closing prospects

- Manage social media and Google account of the store with the Area Supervisor

Requirements:

- SPM qualification with relevant industry experience

- More than 1 year of experience working in retail stores

- Professional fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage

- Proven success as a team member and ability to reach and exceed goals

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills

- Effective verbal communication and customer service skills

- Own transportation required
