## Description

We are seeking an Employee Sanitation to join our team at our facility in Bergen op Zoom. As an Employee Sanitation, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene across the plant.

**Job Summary:** You will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of the factory and its surroundings. Your duties will include performing cleaning and tidying tasks according to a set programme, conducting quality checks on cleaning work, and supporting during emergencies.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the factory and its surroundings

- Ensure that production areas are food-safe and ready for audits

- Conduct visual quality checks on cleaning work

- Provide support during emergencies

- Safeguard your own safety and that of others when using high-pressure cleaning equipment, hot water, and chemicals

- Accurately record cleaning activities and quality checks

- Supervise contract cleaners

**Requirements:**

- Experience in cleaning work in the food industry is preferred

- Good command of the Dutch language; proficiency in English is an advantage

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Meticulous and responsible approach to work

- Willingness to follow training courses related to safety, quality, and environmental issues

- Practical and hands-on attitude
