## Description

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer - VP to design, develop, and improve software solutions for our customers and colleagues. You will utilise various engineering methodologies to provide business, platform, and technology capabilities.

**Responsibilities**

- Develop and deliver high-quality software solutions using industry-aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define software requirements and devise solution strategies.

- Participate in code reviews and promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing.

- Stay informed about industry technology trends and contribute to the organisation's technology communities.

- Ensure adherence to secure coding practices and implement effective unit testing practices.

**Vice President Expectations**

- Contribute to or set strategy, drive requirements, and make recommendations for change.

- Manage resources, budgets, and policies, and deliver continuous improvements.

- Demonstrate leadership and accountability for managing risk and strengthening controls.

- Collaborate with other areas of work to provide business-aligned support.

- Create solutions based on sophisticated analytical thought and comparative analysis.

**Requirements**

- Proficiency in developing RESTful APIs and microservices using Java Spring Boot.

- Strong understanding of Spring Framework, including Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data, Spring Batch, and Spring AI.

- Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms like AWS or Azure, including containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.

- Graduate degree with hands-on experience with JavaScript and Angular v17 or higher.

- Versatile technologist capabilities for making strategic technical decisions and delivering scalable, cloud-native solutions.

**Preferred Skills**

- Experience in the banking/finance domain.

- Experience managing a team.

- Database proficiency in SQL systems like Oracle and MySQL, and NoSQL solutions like MongoDB.
