## Description

We are seeking a Manager Sales and Marketing to lead our Porsche Experience Centre (PEC) in Singapore. As a key member of our team, you will drive revenue and venue utilisation by securing corporate, private, customer, and internal business through prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and conversion.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement an integrated sales and marketing strategy for all PEC business areas

- Lead PEC marketing and demand generation through brand-aligned marketing and communication activities

- Build the PEC event portfolio and customer journey by developing commercial offerings and event calendars

- Optimise commercial operations by working closely with internal stakeholders, agencies, vendors, and other PECs worldwide

**Requirements:**

- University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, Hotel Management, or a related field

- At least 5 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, and/or marketing

- Proven track record in developing and executing commercial sales and marketing strategies

- Strong business development and stakeholder management skills

- Excellent project-management skills, able to run multiple suppliers and events simultaneously

- Solid marketing capabilities spanning brand positioning, campaign management, digital and social media, CRM, content development, and performance optimisation

- Highly customer-centric, commercially minded, result-oriented, and motivated

- Fluency in English essential; Mandarin or another regional ASEAN language a strong advantage
