## Description

This Sales Trainee role in Farwell is a training position designed to prepare you for the Account Sales Manager role. You will support sales initiatives, provide route coverage for the Account Sales Manager during vacations, sickness, or special projects, and maintain customer relationships across sales, merchandising, and operations for large and small format 'off-premise' stores.

**Responsibilities:**

- Participate in a training program to develop skills for the Account Sales Manager role

- Support sales initiatives and provide route coverage as needed

- Build and protect the Red Bull brand through proper product rotation and adherence to executional standards

- Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers to increase sales

- Obtain necessary tools and insights to execute daily plans

- Communicate effectively with Account Sales Managers and District Sales Managers

- Meet daily KPIs focused on sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts, and merchandising

- Support the team with audits, merchandising, and display building

**Requirements:**

- Valid Driver's License with a clean motor vehicle record and ability to meet DOT driving standards

- Valid Chauffeur's License

- DOT Medical card

- At least 21 years old

- Experience in customer service and sales is beneficial

- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays
