## Description

We are seeking a Financial Advisor to join our team at Postbank Filialvertrieb AG in Stuttgart. As a Financial Advisor, you will be responsible for advising private customers on various financial services and products through digital media such as phone, video consultation, chat, and co-browsing.

Your tasks will include:

- Providing customer-centric advice on accounts, services, digitalisation, and product portfolio

- Advising customers on investments, retirement planning, and private credit

- Utilising digital media and tools to provide comprehensive advice

- Identifying and capitalising on cross-selling opportunities

- Maintaining high service quality standards in accordance with regulatory and internal guidelines

- Performing pre- and post-sales activities

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A completed commercial apprenticeship, preferably as a bank clerk

- Comprehensive knowledge of financial services and products

- Sales experience

- EU intermediary directive certification (EU-VRR)

- Cost awareness and business economic thinking and acting

- PC skills and ability to learn specific systems

- Sales skills and enjoyment of working with customers

- Open and communicative personality, team player

- High learning motivation and willingness to continuously develop expertise

- Analytical thinking, quick comprehension, and high performance readiness

- Excellent communication skills
