## Description

We are looking for a Chip Design Manager to join our Switch Silicon team at NVIDIA's Networking Business Unit. As a Chip Design Manager, you'll lead the implementation of the next generation of state-of-the-art Switch Silicon chips, making a real impact in a dynamic, technology-focused company while developing high-speed communication devices with the highest throughput and lowest latency.

**Responsibilities:**

- Lead a team of design and verification engineers that develops core units within the Switch Silicon.

- Handle micro-architecture for RTL and simulation environment planning for units and modules.

- Be responsible for the delivery of complex RTL units and their verification.

- Work closely with multiple teams within the organization, such as Architecture, Full Chip, Micro-Architecture, BE, and FW.

**Requirements:**

- BSc or MSc in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics.

- 3+ years of managerial experience in chip design.

- 8+ overall years of industry experience in RTL design, dynamic verification, or related domains.

- Strong understanding of chip design flows and verification methodologies.

- Excellent leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
