## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest growing retailer. We're seeking passionate individuals who take pride in their knowledge of M&S Food products and are ready to deliver five-star service at pace.

Responsibilities include:

- Providing exceptional customer service

- Utilising digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Working flexibly across various areas of the store

- Contributing to a positive, high-energy environment

**Working Hours:**

- Sunday 05:00 - 10:00

- Wednesday 12:00 - 19:00

- Thursday 08:00 - 16:00

**Additional Requirements:**

- Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December

- Applicants must be 18 years or older due to early morning shifts and health and safety legislation

- A +£3.00 p/h unsocial premium is added for hours worked between 22:00-06:00
