## Description

We are seeking a Manufacturing Operations Project Manager to oversee and optimize various aspects of our operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability. You will work closely with department heads, executives, and cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve productivity, and achieve strategic goals.

**Responsibilities**

- Strategically drive complex supply chain processes, including import/export operations, for large and complex global business units.

- Independently execute complex demand and supply matching activities at the highest level, connecting planning to execution, and identifying issues and their impact.

- Lead cross-functional global business unit planning teams to maintain and enhance current business processes.

- Define, measure, and leverage KPIs to drive continuous improvement in business operations, and convert recommendations into compelling new business plans.

- Contribute to priority projects by adding creative insights and developing recommendations.

- Communicate requirements and guidelines to global business unit planning teams.

- Work with managers to ensure alignment with global goals and objectives, and develop and coordinate efforts for reporting and tracking.

- Facilitate and manage internal team and leadership meetings to drive business operation plans.

- Evaluate, update, and improve business processes to maintain compliance with regulations and client guidelines.

- Provide mentorship and coaching to junior-level staff employees to ensure professional development.

**Education & Experience**

- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations management, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.

- Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field.

**Preferred Certifications**

- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

- Certified Professional In Supply Management (Standards Organizations)
