## Description

Ford Motor Company of Canada, Limited is seeking a Marketing Analyst Intern to join their Parts & Service and Customer Experience team.

The intern will support new work streams, including parts discount programs and new sales channels for parts, contributing to both analytical work and execution of project plans.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze and report on key areas of Ford's Parts & Service Marketing business

- Partner with the Accessories Manager on initiatives such as Dealer Satisfaction Survey, Dealer portal improvements, and Dealer-installed option pricing

- Support development and reporting for additional programs

- Help maintain Dealer and consumer communication platforms

- Provide administrative support

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and support broader department goals

- Support the Customer Experience Team in planning and executing quarterly projects

- Use the OneCX Guest Feedback Platform to identify trends and uncover opportunities to improve customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

- Undergraduate or Graduate Business degree in progress

- Demonstrated communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills

- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint

- Automotive work and previous work experience considered an asset

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

The expected hourly pay range for this position is:

- $22.25 - $30.12 for Undergraduate students

- $31.72 - $34.89 for Graduate students
