## Description

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join their team in Raytown, MO. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will support the pharmacy team in delivering operational and service excellence within the store. You will be the first point of contact to assist patients and customers, ensuring an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the pharmacy team to ensure smooth operations and excellent patient care

- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and best practices to manage and improve patient health

- Provide empathetic and genuine care to patients, creating personalized moments and solving problems

- Complete basic inventory activities, such as putting away medication deliveries and cycle counts

- Contribute to a high-performing team, embracing a growth mindset, and being receptive to feedback

- Remain flexible for scheduling and business needs, including traveling to other stores as needed

- Understand and comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical principles

- Deliver additional patient healthcare services, such as immunizations and point-of-care testing, where allowable by law

Requirements:

- Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy

- Must be at least 16 years of age (if no minimum age requirement is specified)

- High school diploma or equivalent, or actively enrolled in high school or high school equivalency program (if no minimum educational requirement is specified)

- Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends

- Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe

Preferred Qualifications:

- 1-3 years previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician

- Previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting

- Ability to work in the home store and across the market in other locations

Schedule:

- Anticipated weekly hours: 40

- Time type: Full-time

- Shift flexibility: Monday to Friday, 12 pm - 8 pm; Saturday, 9 am - 6 pm; Sunday, 10 am - 6 pm

- Weekend shift frequency: Every other weekend required
