## Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Systems Engineer to support our Oracle EPM Planning systems and processes, with a strong focus on bringing AI automation and AI agent capabilities into Finance workflows.

The BizTech BI&Analytics team partners with business and finance stakeholders to deliver scalable self-serve analytics & AI transformation programs, budgeting & forecasting solutions, reliable data pipelines, and trusted metrics & dashboards.

Responsibilities include:

- Technical Support & System Admin: Supporting the design, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle EPM Planning modules, developing and maintaining business rules and calc scripts, and assisting with data integration and environment management.

- FP&A Functional Support: Partnering with FP&A to streamline the budget and forecasting process, building and maintaining reports, and supporting finance users.

- AI Automation & Agent Development: Designing, building, and deploying AI agents and automated workflows that streamline FP&A processes.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Hyperion/EPM (minimum 2 years in EPM Cloud).

- 3+ years of experience supporting finance functions (FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, Tax).

- Hands-on experience building AI automation and AI agents.

- Proficiency in SQL, Groovy scripting, and data integration.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

This position is US - Remote Eligible.
