## Description

We are seeking a Contracts Manager to join our team in Taipei. As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for preparing, negotiating, and executing site agreements, confidentiality agreements, and other contracts for sponsors.

**Summary of Responsibilities:**

- Prepare, negotiate, and execute site agreements, confidentiality agreements, and other contracts for sponsors

- Maintain and contribute to contracts tracking and status systems

- Support maintenance of paper and electronic file systems

- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and complete study-related duties in accordance with process documents

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Perform daily tracking, negotiation, and approval of Site Agreements and Site Agreement templates for clinical study teams

- Update the departmental Site Agreement Management System (SAMS) or other required systems

- Identify and escalate issues to line managers for review

- Confirm quality of tasks delegated to and completed by Contracts Associates

- Manage assigned studies with careful compliance with internal processes and procedures

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree (LLB, JD, BA or BS) preferred; university-level law degree preferred (UK/EU)

- Minimum 2-4 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

**Physical Demands/Work Environment:**

- 100% office environment
