## Description

We are seeking a Human Resources Expert to join our team at Target. As a Human Resources Expert, you will be responsible for delivering a seamless guest experience, supporting team members and leaders, and building a diverse and inclusive talent strategy.

Responsibilities:

- Create an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience

- Greet guests, help them find what they need, and resolve issues

- Actively support team efforts and assist peers in other areas

- Adjust to business and guest needs to deliver an easy and inspiring guest experience

- Work with HR leaders to anticipate and address talent and staffing needs

- Lead focused recruiting efforts to help store leaders find and hire candidates

- Support team member and leader training needs and be an advocate for continuous learning

- Be an expert resource for scheduling systems and pay practices

- Deliver on all Human Resources processes and programs to maximize team member engagement and minimize business disruption

Requirements:

- Welcoming and helpful attitude towards guests and team members

- Ability to communicate effectively and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment

- Effective communication skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes

- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
