## Description

GSK is seeking a Product Owner to own the backlog and roadmap for a DPTF platform product, translating business needs into prioritized work and maximizing the value delivered to teams.

The Product Owner will work daily with engineering to deliver increments and accept completed work, linking every backlog item to strategy and OKRs, and measuring adoption and outcome rather than output.

Key responsibilities:

- Partner with business stakeholders to understand functional needs and define product outcomes

- Own and prioritize the product backlog by value, risk, and reliability

- Link every backlog item to GSK D&T strategy and domain OKRs

- Translate consumer needs into clear requirements and user stories

- Work daily with the engineering team through refinement, planning, and review

- Balance new capability against the reliability bar

- Measure product adoption, self-service uptake, and value delivered

- Steer delivery with flow metrics

- Manage consumer demand and stakeholder expectations

The ideal candidate will have:

- A degree in a technology, engineering, or business discipline

- 15 years of overall experience, with 5+ years in product ownership or product management

- Experience with lean or agile backlog management, prioritization by value and risk, and outcome measurement

- Strong written communication skills and technical literacy

- Ability to work collaboratively with architecture and reliability colleagues
