## Description

As a Red Bull Student Marketeer, you will be part of the most dynamic and influential ambassador programme for the Red Bull brand and products worldwide. You will understand the target group of Red Bull and take care of the image of the brand and product on campus and in the region. Your goal will be to reach new consumers, generate interest among university students, increase sales, and manage the Red Bull brand on campus.

Your tasks will include direct contact with consumers and customers, creating opportunities for them to try the product, and providing consumers with unforgettable experiences related to the brand during Red Bull events. You will be flexible and enjoy working in a creative atmosphere.

**Be an Ambassador of the Brand and Product**: You will embody the characteristics and values of the brand, representing the brand in a premium way through daily interactions with consumers and customers. You will develop the user base by creating positive opportunities for consumers to try the product, building awareness of the Red Bull brand, and sampling the product in the right place and time, combined with competent responses to consumer questions.

**Be a Sales Expert**: You will build relationships with local sales teams and take care of the availability and visibility of Red Bull in retail points. You will work with the sales department to open new distribution points for Red Bull on and off campus. You will promote and use relevant materials from the Red Bull world to maintain Red Bull's leading position in retail points. You will take care of perfect compliance with established store standards.

**Perfection in Performing Tasks**: You will be perfect in performing tasks and pay attention to details in every aspect of your work. You will share ideas and cooperate with the team through regular live meetings and network communication.
