## Description

As a Senior Principal Biostatistician at ICON, you will lead statistical methodologies and contribute to designing and analysing clinical studies to ensure high data integrity and regulatory compliance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Design and implement statistical analysis plans for clinical trials aligned with study objectives and regulatory guidelines.

- Oversee statistical analysis of clinical data, providing insights to support decision-making and reporting.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated study execution.

- Mentor junior statisticians and provide training on statistical methodologies and software applications.

- Contribute to regulatory submissions and publications, ensuring statistical rigor and transparency.

- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in statistical methodologies.

- Participate in protocol development and provide input on endpoints and statistical considerations.

**Requirements:**

- Master's degree or Ph.D. in Biostatistics, Statistics, or a related field.

- Extensive experience in biostatistics within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.

- Strong knowledge of statistical software (e.g., SAS, R) and programming skills.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to interpret complex data.

- Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in mentoring teams.

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present statistical concepts effectively.

- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills.
