## Description

The Land Engineering Coordinator organizes and assigns project tasks and serves as the main point of contact for Land Engineering clients. The role requires coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, developing and maintaining relationships across multiple groups and disciplines, and delegating tasks to the Land Engineering production team and field survey team.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate multiple Land Engineering projects simultaneously

- Develop and maintain relationships across multiple groups and disciplines

- Request survey and mapping support from assigned resources

- Delegate tasks to the Land Engineering production team and field survey team

- Maintain client contact and attend project meetings

- Provide technical expertise to Land Engineering clients

- Ensure project schedules and budgets are met

- Coordinate engineering, surveying, and mapping to ensure expectations are met

- Review Land Engineering standards periodically to ensure compliance

- Provide knowledge transfer to Land Engineering production staff

- Coordinate field surveying and mapping activities

Requirements:

- 4-year college degree in project management, construction management, civil engineering, surveying, real estate, or related field

- PE or LS licensure or a minimum of 5 years of qualifying experience

- Experience with Primavera or other project management software, and GPC TEAMS or equivalent scheduling and estimating software

- CADD, GIS experience a plus

- Experience with project scheduling and tracking

- Ability to manage time, prioritize competing deadlines, and execute multiple scopes of work simultaneously

- Real estate and Facilities experience a plus

- Experience with transmission line design or modeling software (PLS-CADD) a plus

- Experience with substation design a plus

- Demonstrates team collaboration skills and professionalism in challenging situations

- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)

- Capacity to establish, develop, and sustain team and client relationships
