We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and deployment of cloud-native, AI-powered healthcare solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong combination of AI expertise, cloud architecture experience, healthcare industry knowledge, and business acumen.

**Accountabilities include:**

- Identify, define, and execute end-to-end AI-enabled strategic solutions aligned with project objectives.

- Lead and supervise architectural initiatives within assigned projects or areas.

- Develop architectural designs and solutions, ensuring adherence to standards and best practices.

- Mentor and guide junior and senior architects in project-related tasks and skill development.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective architectural solutions.

- Work closely with stakeholders, including business analysts, data engineers, IT teams, and management, to understand needs and drive alignment with business and development teams.

- Assess new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance application processes and recommend their adoption where applicable.

- Play a key leadership role in architecture design reviews and identify gaps and recommend design changes.

**Required Qualifications**

- 10+ years in software engineering and architecture roles (technical lead, solution architect, enterprise architect).

- Strong experience in understanding non-functional requirements (SLA, response time, real-time, near real-time, multi-threading) and ability to create designs that meet the non-functional requirements.

- 5+ years of full-stack development experience.

- 5+ years of SQL, NoSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and any relevant database experience.

- 5+ years in cloud platforms (GCP/AWS), microservices, and API design.

- 3+ years of hands-on experience with AI/ML or Generative AI technologies.

- Experience with DevOps tools (Kubernetes, Jenkins, Docker, Git) and Kafka.

- Experience in Java, Python, Spring Boot, and front-end frameworks (Angular/JavaScript).

- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.

- Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and business processes.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Preferred experience in interoperability FHIR HL7 standards.

- Experience/certification in one or more cloud platforms (Salesforce, GCP, Azure & AWS) is preferred.

- Experience in large-scale migration efforts from legacy technology/Asset to a modern/new Asset is preferred.

**Education**

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field or equivalent experience required.

**Pay Range**

The typical pay range for this role is: $106,605.00 - $260,590.00
