## Description

As a Trial Clinical Delivery Lead (TCDL) at ICON PLC, you will work in a sponsor-dedicated model, supported by ICON's global expertise.

You will be responsible for delivering and ensuring the quality of Phase I-IV, Epidemiology, and Real World Evidence studies.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight for Clinical Site Leads (CSLs) and Clinical Research Managers (CRMs)

- Serving as the operational delivery expert for programs/studies and promoting data-driven planning

- Facilitating identification and implementation of operational excellence strategies

- Identifying trends and issues that may impact study deliverables and working with stakeholders to implement action plans

- Driving proactive risk-based site oversight and study management practices

- Ensuring timely escalation of trends, issues, and risks to relevant teams and management

- Promoting solution-oriented thinking and issue resolution at the country/study/program team level

- Supporting onboarding for new team members and contributing to enhancing their site/study management capabilities

- Promoting product knowledge, collaboration, and information channeling

- Acting as a functional lead for process improvement initiatives

Requirements include:

- Graduate background in a clinical research-related discipline or equivalent

- Clinical operations experience across Phases I-IV

- Expert knowledge of clinical development principles and regulatory environment

- Substantial professional and project management experience in clinical research

- Aptitude to interpret outputs from analytical tools

- Fluency in English (oral and written) plus local language

- Ability to work independently and assess risk

- Demonstrated interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
