## Description

Join HSBC's Digital Quality Assurance team in Kraków, Poland, and play a crucial role in testing IT systems for payments solutions.

You'll work on manual and automated testing to ensure changes are delivered with clear evidence of quality and risk.

Key responsibilities:

- Perform testing activities across IT systems manually and through automation

- Document and track test status and results for transparency

- Log and track defects for timely investigation and resolution

- Collaborate with teams to understand requirements and agree on execution

- Identify issues and risks early and escalate them when needed

- Create and run automated test scripts

- Analyse automation outcomes to improve testing effectiveness

Requirements:

- Fluent English in speaking and writing

- Proven experience testing IT systems in an international environment

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

- Experience in a bank or financial institution with exposure to payments systems

- Proficiency in SQL, SOAP UI, JIRA, Confluence, UNIX, XML, and Excel
