## Description

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive complex, cross-functional cybersecurity programs across our enterprise technology landscape. This includes security initiatives, risk remediation, compliance efforts, and technology projects that span many teams.

As a TPM, you will turn ambiguous goals into clear plans, coordinate with various teams to achieve objectives, and own the outcomes end-to-end. Your responsibilities will include:

- Taking large, cross-team initiatives from intake through planning, execution, launch, and retrospective

- Defining scope, milestones, success metrics, and reporting

- Establishing clear charters that define objectives, scope, stakeholders, success criteria, and decision rights

- Leading security initiatives such as vulnerability and risk remediation, compliance and audit readiness, incident follow-ups, and control rollouts

- Coordinating with security, engineering, and business teams to closure

- Relentlessly following up across engineering, security, product, IT, and business owners to unblock work, confirm commitments, and keep remediation and delivery moving

- Creating realistic roadmaps and delivery plans across dependencies

- Sequencing work, setting timelines, and keeping them current as reality changes

- Mapping cross-team and cross-system dependencies, identifying risks and blockers early, and driving them to resolution before they slip the schedule

- Providing crisp, honest status to leadership and stakeholders

- Facilitating planning, standups, reviews, and launch readiness

- Spotting process gaps and introducing lightweight practices that raise predictability and reduce toil

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- 5+ years in technical program or project management, delivering software or security programs across multiple teams

- Strong technical fluency , able to understand architecture, integrations, APIs, and security concepts well enough to ask sharp questions and challenge estimates

- Proven track record shipping complex, cross-functional programs on time

- Exceptional communication skills , able to write clearly, present to senior leadership, and influence without authority

- Skilled at building effective project charters and driving alignment on scope, owners, and success criteria

- Persistent, proactive follow-through , comfortable chasing down owners across many teams to close out commitments

- Skilled with Agile/Scrum and modern delivery practices, and comfortable adapting them to fit the work

- Experience with program tracking and planning tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, or similar)

- Clear, calm decision-making under pressure and competing priorities

Preferred qualifications include:

- Background in a CIO/IT, security, or enterprise-platform organization

- Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts , vulnerability management, risk and compliance frameworks, or security controls
