At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity, and earnings to neighborhoods around the world. We are looking for a full-time Store Manager to lead one of our Athens region dark stores.

## Responsibilities

As a Store Manager, you will oversee operations, manage 2–4 Shift Leads, and ensure smooth daily processes including stock management, freshness, and order accuracy. You will hire, train, give daily feedback, and hold 1:1s twice a year to develop your team. You will play a central role in shaping how Wolt Market operates locally and drives growth.

## Key Tasks

- Leading, growing and motivating a team

- Creating an environment where colleagues can do their best work and have fun

- Planning team events

- Improving store operations with the Operations Team

- Participating in internal and external meetings

- Collaborating with other functions at Wolt

- Monitoring shrink levels and controlling food waste

- Managing shift scheduling

- Handling incoming goods and orders

- Overseeing store needs for growth

## Requirements

- Leadership experience

- Ability to motivate others

- Experience in a grocery store is a plus

- Fast learner with multitasking skills

- Proactive and service-minded

- Tech-savvy

- Ability to work during day, evenings, and weekends

- Fluent in Greek and proficient in English

- Data-driven and analytical
