## Description

We are seeking a Consultant, Hydrology to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

- Communicating and liaising effectively with the UK Ground and Water project team

- Contributing to the recruitment and growth of the GCC Hydrogeology team

- Managing projects and tasks

- Preparing technical reports relating to the interpretation of hydrogeological conditions

- Developing hydrogeological conceptual models and interpretations based on data

- Developing source-pathway-receptor linkages and risk assessment modelling

- Using and learning software such as ConSim, LandSim, P20, FeFlow, Modflow, SeepW

- Preparing and reviewing factual and interpretive reports

The ideal candidate will have:

- Postgraduate qualification (MTech, MSc and or PhD) in hydrogeology or a hydrogeological discipline

- Chartership with an appropriate geoscience organisation

- Experience in hydrogeological data management and risk assessment modelling

- Good presentation, written, and verbal communication skills

- Understanding of the land contamination and regulatory regime within the UK

Desirable skills and experience include:

- >2 Years of industry experience

- Experience in UK environmental consulting
