## Description

The Transformation Communications Lead will be part of Salesforce's Experience Design organization, which includes Product Design professionals, UX Engineers & Architects, Researchers, Operations, and Storytellers. The successful candidate will navigate the organization's transformation to AI-native design and research, building the messaging infrastructure for priority programs and shaping how the organization understands and adopts AI-augmented ways of working.

Key responsibilities include:

- Building and running segmented readiness programs

- Co-defining change impact for priority transformation programs

- Shaping the shared language and organizational narrative

- Writing audience-based communications

- Developing communications that translate the organization's transformation narrative into daily practice

- Co-owning the end-to-end reinforcement system for each program

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in change management, organizational communications, or internal communications in a matrixed technology organization, with demonstrated accountability for program adoption outcomes. They will also have experience developing audience-segmented communication plans, partnering with senior or executive stakeholders, and defining and tracking adoption or behavior change metrics.

The typical base salary range for this position is $172,500 - $260,100 annually. In select cities within the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan area, the base salary range for this role is $207,800 - $285,800 annually.
