## Description

The Boeing Company is seeking an experienced or senior Product Owner to support the Mission System Software team in Berkeley, MO. This role involves leading software teams, mentoring engineers, and defining the team roadmap. The teams implement safety-critical and mission-critical flight software features.

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain software integrated into embedded devices and systems

- Review, analyze, and translate customer requirements into software product designs

- Build and write code for embedded systems software

- Integrate embedded software with hardware components

- Analyze, monitor, and improve embedded software system efficiency and stability

- Test and debug software for embedded devices and systems

- Implement current and emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks

- Advise on software and hardware integration domains

- Track and evaluate internal and supplier software team performance

- Perform embedded software project management functions

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree

- Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance

- Ability to obtain access to Special Access Programs (SAP)

- 2+ years of product owner or software leadership experience

Preferred Qualifications:

- 9+ years of related work experience

- Experience debugging and troubleshooting technical problems

- Familiarity with industry tools and development techniques

- Experience in systems integration with systems engineering processes

- Strong verbal and written skills, teaming skills, technical skills, and integration skills

Salary Range:

- Experienced level (Level 3): $126,650 – $171,350

- Senior level (Level 4): $160,650 – $217,350
