## Description

Join Salesforce as a Sales Representative in Fukuoka, supporting the growth and transformation of companies across the Kyushu and Chugoku/Shikoku regions.

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building sales plans, making proposals to new customers, and driving upsell and cross-sell with existing customers.

Key responsibilities include:

- Driving new customer acquisition and deepening existing relationships in your accounts/territory, working closely with Marketing, Inside Sales, Channel Sales, and partners.

- Proposing the future customers want to achieve and the ideal state they should aim for, as a Trusted Advisor.

- Providing services rather than products, focusing on proposals that drive customer success.

- Building proposal skills directly tied to management, as most proposals will be to CEO-level contacts.

- Gaining plenty of closing experience, as the time from opportunity creation to contract is short.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in the IT industry

- Sales experience with an individual target

- New customer acquisition experience

- Drive for self-growth and flexibility to enjoy change

- Customer-first mindset, strong commitment to budget, and an active approach to work

- Openness to adopting new approaches rather than sticking to conventional methods

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience with problem-solving proposals

- Sales experience with CRM, ERP, BI, and similar solutions
