## Description

Capgemini is seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and enhancing ServiceNow solutions for large-scale enterprise environments. This is an Individual Contributor role requiring deep technical capability, problem-solving skills, and collaboration with architects, business analysts, and cross-functional delivery teams.

The successful candidate will design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow applications and modules, including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and Service Catalog. They will also build and maintain business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, UI actions, and ACLs. Additionally, they will build workflows using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor, configure and enhance Service Portal/Employee Center, implement integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and IntegrationHub, and perform unit testing, defect fixing, and code optimization.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting, solid understanding of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request), experience with CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping, experience integrating ServiceNow using REST/SOAP, and working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

In addition to the technical requirements, the successful candidate will be a good communicator, able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and have a customer-focused approach.
