## Description

We are seeking a Field Sales Executive to optimize Red Bull's Perfect Store and enhance regional activities execution in your assigned territory in Taipei, Taiwan.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Effective territory coverage, ensuring optimum frequency and cost-effectiveness

- Completing all calls allocated to individual territories and sourcing new business leads

- Driving in-store presence in line with Perfect Store standards, including availability, visibility, and additional placements

- Amplifying Red Bull cooler installations in-store

- Managing orders to ensure stock keeping on shelves at all times and maximizing listing SKUs

- Executing agreed promotional activities in covered stores and proposing regional promotions

- Maintaining accurate and timely administrative records and implementing Head Office agreements

Requirements:

- 2 years of FMCG experience (branded or retail)

- Understanding of Off-Premise channels

- Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills

- High sales and negotiation skills

- Commercial awareness and basic understanding of commercial maths

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and mobile Field Force automation

- Valid driving license (car and auto bike)

- University degree

- Fluency in Mandarin and English (business level)
