## Description

Syneos Health is seeking a Sr. Site Contract Lead to join their team. As a Sr. Site Contract Lead, you will serve as the primary point of contact for CRO site contract escalations, aligning on templates and approved fallback language with CRO partners, enabling CRO-led negotiation while owning sponsor-required exceptions, resolving complex legal and operational contracting issues, building strong partnerships across CROs, internal teams, and Legal stakeholders, identifying trends and driving continuous improvement, maintaining escalation governance and knowledge management, providing leadership through influence and guidance, and applying a risk-based approach to protect sponsor requirements.
