## Description

We are seeking a Billing Specialist to take ownership of invoicing and billing operations in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

This role sits at the center of revenue operations, working closely with partners, finance, and client teams to ensure invoices are accurate, timely, and aligned with client expectations.

Key responsibilities include:

- Preparing, reviewing, and issuing invoices accurately and on time

- Working closely with partners and internal stakeholders to validate billing details

- Tracking billing schedules and ensuring deadlines are met

- Reviewing time entries, expenses, and billing data for accuracy and compliance

- Resolving billing queries and disputes

- Maintaining clean and organized billing records

- Supporting month-end processes

- Identifying recurring billing issues and suggesting process improvements

Requirements:

- 4-7 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or finance operations

- Familiarity with AI-assisted billing tools

- Experience automating finance systems

- Strong attention to detail

- Comfortable working with different billing structures

- Clear communication skills

- Organizational skills to manage multiple invoices and deadlines

- Experience with accounting or billing systems

- Solid Excel skills
