## Description

We are seeking an HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team in Distribution and Receive Centers. As an HR Business Partner, you will be a key strategic partner for leadership and a valuable resource for team members. You will work closely with leaders to recruit, retain, develop, and optimise the performance and engagement of individuals and teams.

The pay range for this role is $73,000.00 - $132,000.00, based on several factors including labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications.

Core responsibilities of this job include:

- Providing guidance to leaders and team members on HR-related matters

- Assisting with onboarding, performance management, and organisational change

- Building and maintaining relationships with leaders and team members

- Analysing and resolving HR-related issues

- Developing and implementing HR initiatives and programs

Requirements for this role include:

- Four-year degree or equivalent experience

- Experience in one or more of the following areas: employee relations, talent acquisition, organisational strategy, or training and development

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation

- Strong reasoning, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

- Proven ability to motivate teams and manage conflict

- Basic knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, and computer systems
