## Description

We are seeking a Medical Office Specialist to join our team. As a Medical Office Specialist, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks to support the daily operations of our medical office. This includes answering phones, scheduling appointments, processing patient records, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient information.

Responsibilities:

- Answer phone calls and respond to messages in a timely and professional manner

- Schedule appointments and procedures for patients

- Process patient records and maintain accurate and up-to-date information

- Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as needed

- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent required

- 1+ year of experience in a medical office setting preferred
