## Description

Join TransPerfect as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Makati, Philippines. This full-time role involves enhancing company culture initiatives, developing university partnerships, and supporting talent acquisition strategies.

**Responsibilities:**

- Collaborate with HR, Operations, and Training/Development to execute company culture initiatives

- Develop relationships with universities for recruitment programs and attend career fairs

- Create strategic partnerships with universities and non-profits for talent acquisition

- Analyze retention data related to culture and engagement programs

- Manage diversity and inclusion initiatives and projects

- Oversee internship program recruitment and culture engagement

- Handle strategic recruitment life-cycles, including sourcing and interviewing

- Plan and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent

- Advise managers on recruitment and talent management strategies

- Partner with hiring managers to ensure effective candidate selection

- Use diversity recruitment strategies to enhance the talent pool

- Work on DEI-related projects for organizational implementation

- Assist the Director with DEI strategy and targeted recruitment

- Special projects as needed

**Requirements:**

- Minimum Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience

- 1-3 years of recruitment experience

- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

- High sense of urgency and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

- Superior attention to detail, organization, and adaptability

- Strong customer-focus with solutions-oriented approach
