## Description

We are seeking a Food Services Assistant to join our team at Croft House Care Home in Great Dunmow. As a Food Services Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service to our residents, ensuring high-quality food presentation, serving meals and drinks, and maintaining a clean and tidy dining area.

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide excellent customer service to all residents

- Ensure high-quality food presentation at all times

- Serve meals and drinks to residents in the dining areas and to their rooms

- Clean the dining area to ensure it's tidy and presentable

- Serve refreshments outside of meal times to residents, relatives, and visitors as required

**Requirements:**

- Experience in a customer-facing environment

- Basic Food Hygiene Certificate

- Ability to communicate effectively with others

- Commitment to delivering an excellent service to make our residents feel at home
