## Description

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team on board our luxurious cruise ships. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while preparing and serving a wide range of beverages. Your primary focus will be on delivering a memorable experience for our guests, ensuring that every interaction is positive and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, and soft drinks, to a high standard of quality and presentation.

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.

- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest requests and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.

- Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.

- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume environment.

- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wine.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor in a fast-paced environment.

- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working on a cruise ship or in a similar hospitality environment.

- Knowledge of mixology techniques and ingredients.

- Certification in responsible serving practices.

Working Conditions:

- Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with variable temperatures and humidity levels.

- Stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and move quickly and efficiently.
