## Description

We are seeking a Production Equipment Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance activities and execute improvement projects in the assigned value stream. The successful candidate will ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement of production systems.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of production systems, including pharma manufacturing and packaging equipment

- Respond to issues and find solutions to engineering challenges in production areas

- Improve the reliability and performance of different manufacturing and packaging machines

- Ensure adherence to PM checklist and use of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track and execute Maintenance Workorder

- Ensure Machinery Safety is top priority when operating, maintaining, upgrading and monitoring any Production system

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure build-up of teamwork

- Identify and contribute to Efficiency Improvement Projects

- Supervise out-sourced contractors and ensure safe working conditions

**Education, Experience & Skills:**

- Diploma (DAE) or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related technical field

- Minimum 3-4 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment

- Practical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

- Basic experience with PLCs, HMIs, or other control devices

- Experience using or willingness to learn a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)

- Strong commitment to safety, following Lock-Out-Tag-Out (LOTO) and permit-to-work procedures
