## Description

The Project Coordinator, Facilities role involves assisting project managers by providing support in key areas, including project design, documentation, vendor contracts, and budget monitoring.

Responsibilities:

- Manage small projects (less than 2-3 weeks) such as paving, roof repairs, or equipment replacements

- Assist project managers with vendor contracts, budget monitoring, and reporting

- Perform cost analysis and itemize project budgets for AFE documentation

- Maintain electronic project documentation via SharePoint

- Coordinate large moves and maintain positive relationships with customers and vendors

- Provide input to management on project impacts on daily operations

- Possess good verbal and written communication skills

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or GED required; equivalent academic education and experience considered

- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a facilities-related position; experience managing small construction projects preferred

- Strong sense of urgency, teamwork, and customer service skills

- Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel and Word; working knowledge of SharePoint

- Availability to work after hours or weekends for facility moves
