Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Kingsley Village, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and support sales growth.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued

- Confidently recommending and selling M&S Food products

- Utilising digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contributing to a positive team environment, supporting colleagues to meet customer demands

- Adapting to various areas of the store, responding to changing retail demands

As a Customer Assistant, you will:

- Thrive in a high-pressure environment, staying focused during busy periods

- Be digitally confident, using technology to improve customer experiences

- Collaborate with colleagues to drive sales growth and provide seamless customer experiences

- Embrace flexibility, working varied shifts and adapting to changing demands

**Working Hours:**

- Sunday: 17:00-21:00

- Tuesday: 18:00-22:00

- Thursday: 18:00-22:00

- Saturday: 18:00-22:00

**Additional Requirements:**

- Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
