## Description

We are seeking a Project Manager I to join our team in Beijing.

As a Project Manager I, you will be responsible for managing projects across various internal functional departments and vendors.

**Job Responsibilities**

- Project Administration: Creates and maintains the Trial Master File Management (TMF) Plan, coordinates and monitors study deliverables, assists with vendor management, and ensures quality, completeness, and inspection readiness.

- Financials/Reporting: Develops contingency planning and risk mitigation strategies, creates and maintains metric reports, and assists with financial performance of the study.

- Business Development: Represents the company to clients, participates in proposal development, and plans and coordinates internal and external meetings.

- Knowledge/Training: Facilitates team training, develops knowledge of current therapeutic environment.
