## Description

We are seeking an Operations Manager to join our Distribution and Receive Centers team. As an Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our distribution centers, which are responsible for getting products to our guests as quickly as possible.

In this role, you will foster a "safety first" culture through awareness, training, and accountability. You will also be responsible for maximizing team productivity, growth, and development, and creating a positive work environment through real-time observation and specific, constructive, and actionable feedback.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading and motivating a team to achieve operational plans and performance goals

- Analyzing and resolving problems to optimize processes and improve efficiency

- Implementing new approaches to process and methods to drive continuous improvement

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination

- Providing training and development opportunities to team members

Requirements:

- Four-year degree or equivalent experience

- Demonstrated leadership ability, with the ability to engage and motivate others

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

- Good reasoning, conflict-management, and analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to access all areas of the Distribution Center, including mezzanine platforms

- Ability to read and interpret necessary policies and procedures
