## Description

As a Senior Manager on the Global Enterprise Communications team, you will lead strategic communications initiatives that enhance Capital One’s reputation and support key business objectives.

You’ll manage high-impact programs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and work with internal and external partners to deliver creative and effective communication strategies.

**Primary Responsibilities:**

- Serve as a strategic advisor to internal leaders and partners on communications initiatives.

- Lead planning and execution of data-backed, integrated communications campaigns aligned with enterprise and line-of-business priorities.

- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Drive media relations efforts to secure visibility in priority outlets.

- Leverage data to evaluate results, extract insights and optimize future programs.

- Oversee team operations, including budgeting and development of best practices.

- Stay informed about industry trends to inform and enhance communication strategies.

**This role is designated as a hybrid position. You are expected to adhere to Capital One's hybrid policy regarding required on-site presence at your designated office location.**

**Basic Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree or military experience.

- At least 6 years of communications experience.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Public relations or communications experience in financial services, technology, or consumer brands.

**Salary Information:**

- McLean, VA: $163,900 - $187,100 for Sr. Communications Manager.

- Richmond, VA: $149,000 - $170,000 for Sr. Communications Manager.
