## Description

As a Key Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to develop and grow sales of 3M products to assigned airlines.

Responsibilities:

- Lead 3M strategy for engagement with assigned US-based airlines

- Implement key account strategy to meet 3M and customer objectives

- Determine growth strategy, sales approach, and customer engagement plan

- Support broad-based business group initiatives

- Travel globally to support Key Accounts

- Partner with Channel, Marketing, Application Engineering, and Sales Leadership to align priorities and improve execution.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or higher

- 8 years of aerospace industry sales experience

- 3 years of experience managing sales directly to airlines

- Current, valid Driver's License

Additional qualifications:

- Master's degree

- 10 years of sales experience

- Skills: Negotiation, Strong Influencing skills, CRM Skills, Proven experience managing cross-functional teams, Substantial experience in aerospace sales

- Strong understanding of long-cycle, specification-driven sales processes
