## Description

The Sales Trainee role at Red Bull Distribution Company is a training position that prepares you for an Account Sales Manager role. As a Sales Trainee, you will learn the basics of Red Bull and Red Bull Distribution Company, build and protect the Red Bull brand, establish relationships with customers, and meet daily sales targets.

Responsibilities:

- Understand and learn the basics of Red Bull and Red Bull Distribution Company

- Build and protect the Red Bull brand

- Establish and maintain friendly and professional relationships with customers

- Obtain necessary tools to execute daily plans

- Communicate with Account Sales Managers and District Sales Managers

- Train with Account Sales Managers

- Cover Account Sales Manager routes as needed

- Meet daily KPIs focused on sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts, and merchandising

- Support the team with audits, blitz, building displays, and merchandising

Requirements:

- Valid US Driver's License and obtainment of DOT Medical card

- At least 21 years of age

- Experience in customer service and sales is a plus

- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays

- English; additional languages an advantage
