## Description

We are seeking a researcher to conduct research on the US managed care industry, specifically with health insurance plans, and maintain the IQVIA database.

**Responsibilities:**

- Research and create documentation on profiled data regarding the US Managed Care industry

- Bridge Medical Claims with IQVIA Payer universe

- Perform daily tasks to meet defined production targets

- Follow quality processes thoroughly on the given standard

- Ensure requirements from LO counterparts are being met

- Respond to client queries in a timely manner

- Perform ad-hoc data analysis and process documentation

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Medical Allied Courses, Business Administration, Information Technology related courses

- Good written and verbal communication skills

- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, and Access

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills

- Knowledge and experience in health insurance is an advantage

- Experience with Pharmacy Benefit Management account is an advantage

- Call center experience is preferred

- Willing to work in the night shift/Ortigas area
