## Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Territory Sales Manager. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and expanding existing accounts and identifying new customers. You will meet and exceed sales targets through effective pipeline management and revenue forecasting. You will also collaborate with marketing, technical, and partner teams to develop and execute territory-based marketing programs.

Key responsibilities include:

- Prospecting for new business opportunities and acting as a trusted advisor to customer leadership.

- Maintaining high ethical standards and adherence to company policies in all business dealings.
- Travelling extensively to customer sites to build relationships and support sales initiatives.
- Leveraging social media and digital channels to enhance prospecting and market reach.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a bachelor's degree from a recognized institution, preferably in engineering or engineering + MBA. You will also need to have a minimum of 10 years' experience in engineering product sales, account management, or key account management. Experience in simulation, CAD, PLM, or manufacturing solutions, as well as exposure to IoT, Digital Twin, ML/AI/VR, or platform solutions, is a plus.
