Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest-growing retailer. We're seeking passionate individuals who take pride in their knowledge of M&S Food products and are ready to deliver five-star service at pace.

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers feel valued every time they shop with us

- Confidently recommend and sell our newest food products to customers

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment, supporting colleagues in delivering a seamless customer experience

- Adapt to changing demands of the retail environment, working across various areas of the store

Requirements:

- Be aged 18 or over

- Thrive in a high-pressure environment, staying sharp, fast, and focused during busy periods

- Be digitally confident, with ability to utilise digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Be a team player, contributing to a positive and supportive team environment

Working Pattern:

- Tuesday 05:00 - 13:00

- Wednesday 05:00 - 13:00

- Thursday 05:00 - 13:00

- Saturday 05:00 - 13:00
